V3 Apparel Promotional Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The £60 promotional voucher is valid exclusively for online purchases made directly through V3Apparel.com.
2. Voucher is redeemable exclusively online and cannot be used at third-party retailers, stockists, physical stores, pop-up shops, expos, trade stands, events, or any other location stocking V3 Apparel products.
3. Voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
4. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative products.
5. Voucher is non-transferable and intended solely for the competition winner. Resale, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the voucher or products purchased using the voucher for commercial gain is prohibited.
6. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with:
   • Any other discount code
   • Sale or clearance items
   • Bundle offers
   • Ambassador or athlete discounts
   • Promotional campaigns
   • Automatic Shopify discounts
   • Free gift promotions
   • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or seasonal sale events
7. Voucher excludes shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
8. Any items purchased using the voucher that are returned will only be refunded for the amount paid by the customer after the voucher discount has been applied. Voucher value will not be refunded, credited, or reissued.
9. Orders suspected of abuse, fraud, manipulation of promotions, bulk purchasing, or resale activity may be cancelled or refused at the sole discretion of V3 Apparel.
10. V3 Apparel reserves the right to refuse redemption where the promotion is being used outside of its intended purpose.
11. Voucher expires 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
12. Lost, stolen, copied, leaked, or unauthorised use of voucher codes will not be accepted or replaced.
13. V3 Apparel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
